Our Evolve ACROBATricks & TUMBLING Programme is tailored for children aged 4 - 16 who wish to advance their skills and refine their Acro and Tumbling technique while maintaining their current training commitments, either with ‘ESD’ or elsewhere. 

Delivered on a six-week cycle, the programme is divided into two ability tiers to ensure focused and developmentally appropriate instruction:

• Tier 1 is open to all students and welcomes those at any stage of their acro journey.

** Attendees will be split into age appropriate groups ** 

• Tier 2 is reserved for athletes who can confidently perform both a one handed front and back walkover unaided, allowing for more advanced skill development.

The programme will be delivered by the most established acro school in the area, ensuring participants benefit from expert guidance, progressive coaching methods, and a supportive learning environment.

With an emphasis on measurable progression, technical precision, and confidence building, the Evolve Programme offers a structured pathway for young athletes to enhance their performance and reach their full potential.
